When a customer requests for agent password update, user can use the option to update the password from Author. Steps to update password are as below:
Navigate to the Agents page in Author and right click the agent that you need to update the password for. Select Change Password from the options displayed as shown in the screenshot below.
On selecting Change password option, a new modal will be displayed to provide the new password. Provide the password and submit.
On changing the password, the agent would stop after displaying the log, ‘Agent password has been reset successfully, please restart the agent.’
Now the partner can restart the agent using the new password.
